"Mr. Joshua"

Five rounds for time of:
Run 400 meters
30 Glute-ham sit-ups
250 pound Deadlift, 15 reps

sub'd 6 times up and down the stairs for the run
managed to do all GHSU and deads as rx'd

was ahead a few burpees, did 21 to finish todays
when posting this I realized I had missed a couple somewhere, did 2.
Day forty three of the Burpee Challenge.
