Back squat, 1 rep
Shoulder Press, 1 rep
Deadlift, 1 rep

We messed up order and did SP first

SP-165
Squat- 255 parallel
DL-400
Total= 820

Everything feels so much better doing it correctly!
The cert was a huge help!
