Complete three rounds for time of:
40 pound Dumbbell snatch, 21 reps, right arm
21 L Pull-ups
40 pound Dumbbell snatch, 21 reps, left arm
21 L Pull-ups

These are squat not power snatches.

Sub'd 20 lbs dumbell
only did one round

the full squat snatches went better than I had expected
L pull-ups looked good only because I did one round, they would have been ugly by the third!
