Firefighter "Murph"


For time:
1 mile Run
100 Pull-ups
200 Push-ups
300 Squats
1 mile Run
Partition the pull-ups, push-ups, and squats as needed.
Start and finish with a mile run.
If you've got a twenty pound vest or body armor, wear it.

Did it in Bunker coat,pants, airpack,
no mask, helmet, or boots

It killed me! The second run was mostly a walk.
muscle-wise was good, sucking wind bad!

Joel did it with the 20# vest. Jumping pull-ups, and some of his push-ups were knees.
But he worked his butt off!
