5 handstand push-ups. I did pikes, The shoulder still was not quite ready for full handstands for reps
10 pull-ups. felt good, first 3 rds unbroken
15 box jumps. felt good, yellow box, added a 25 lb plate, did 6 on blaines 25'' box with 45 lb plate
4 rds even
