4 rds for time with a 12 min cap of
10 OHS with jump rope
20 double-unders
30 SDHP with kettlebell ( me 2 pood )
I hit the cap at 4 rds - 15 SDHP
the OHS and dubs actully felt pretty good. The SDHP slowed me down.
