24 inch Box Jump, 30 reps
115 pound Push Press, 20 reps
30 Pull-ups
sub'd kettlebell swings for pull-ups
Shae 5 rounds + 12 boxjumps, she used bodybar and 25# KB(40 reps )
Shae nursing a tweaked shoulder.
I did 3 rds + boxjumps, 1.5 pood(40 reps per rd)
Blaine worked out with us too.
