5 tire flips
15 OHS 45 lbs
10 wallball, 20 lbs
10 burpees
10 Kettlebell swings 1.5 pood
20 crunches
running between stations,
AMRAP in 20 min
just over 4 rds.
then finished off with a 5th set of OHS
