10 single dumbell ground to overhead ( did KB swings at box )
10 goblet squats
30 sit-ups
run to stop sign and back ( 50 single-unders at box )
Did at station with Blaine, Burk, Keller, Flash, Demitri, and myself.
I did 45 lbs 6 rds + 9 sit-ups
